A quiet, near-neutral grey with only a whisper of warmth, and a fine, straight, closely spaced grain. One of the coolest decors Ventech carries, for a job that wants the look of raw concrete or stone without the weight.
Greystane is among the most neutral decors in the range, darker than Castlestone and lighter than Cloudburst, with a touch more warmth than either. The grain is genuinely low in contrast, reading as a fine linear texture rather than a feature grain. Ventech groups it with the grey, cool and monochrome decors. The pattern is sliced, dyed, re-laid and re-sliced rather than grown, which is why colour holds sheet to sheet and across a staged delivery in a way no natural log can.
Supplied in 3100 × 640 leaves.
